At different times in our lives, we come to the point where we feel we want our lives to be different and we know that to make things change, we will have to make changes within ourselves.
We may need to think differently, to learn to manage our emotions in more helpful ways, to change our priorities, to increase our level of understanding of ourselves and others, or to change our perspective on issues we are dealing with.
Sometimes, as our lives change, we need support and assistance through a difficult period of coming to terms with where our lives have taken us.
